Not a course.
A movement.

OUR STORY

OUR BELIEF

"This isn't training. It's behavioural transformation."

Outsmart AI was founded on a simple truth: professional success isn't limited by knowledge — it's determined by your professional behaviour.

OUR APPROACH

"We didn't look for a career coach. We looked for a scientist."

We saw brilliant students struggle not from a lack of intelligence, but because they were never taught how to communicate under pressure or navigate uncertainty.

Traditional training delivers information. But information rarely changes behaviour. We didn't build another generic course. We built a behavioural upgrade.

OUR METHOD

"Information rarely changes behaviour. We change behaviour."

Designed by Psychologists to rewire habits and build real-room confidence. Mentored by Industry Leaders to reveal the unwritten rules of the boardroom.

We saw brilliant students struggle not from a lack of intelligence, but because they were never taught how to communicate under pressure or navigate uncertainty.

MEET YOUR PSYCHOLOGIST

To build a program that actually changes how a human performs under pressure, we didn't look for a career coach. We looked for a scientist.

THE PARTNERSHIP

We partnered with Professor Con Stough, Professor of Cognitive Neuroscience and Psychology at Swinburne University in Melbourne, Australia.

For over 30 years, Professor Stough has explored how the human mind handles emotion, leadership, and high-stakes performance. He doesn't just study soft skills. He studies how the human mind thinks, regulates emotion, and performs in complex environments.

DECADES OF RESEARCH

THE EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE MODULE

Professor Stough developed the Emotional Intelligence module within this program. He brings scientific depth to the most critical capability in modern work: the ability to stay composed, think clearly, and work effectively with others.

Professor Con Stough

"In an AI-driven world, the ability to regulate emotion and communicate with precision isn't a soft skill — it's the defining competitive advantage."

FOUNDER, DIRECTOR

Chakshu Daluja

The gap is decoded. Get the Real Intelligence to outsmart AI.

Raised within a family of educators in India, Chakshu witnessed the system’s flaws from the inside.

Despite earning recognition from the Golden Key International Honour Society in Australia and a scholarship to New York, she experienced a persistent gap firsthand.

She realised that while the classroom rewards the Right Answer, the global boardroom respects the Right Action.

To bridge this divide, she developed a program helping graduates build professional presence.

AI can generate answers. Communication earns belief.

Having worked across India and Canada with some of the most iconic brands like BMW, MINI, Vogue, GQ & Harper's Bazaar, Chirag has seen firsthand how talent is evaluated beyond resumes.

From leading sales for MINI in India to driving customer marketing for the BMW Group in Canada, he observed a consistent pattern — the individuals who grew fastest were not always the most qualified, but the ones who could communicate with clarity, confidence, and intent.

This insight shaped his work as a communication and career coach.
