OUR STORY
Not more theory.
Real workplace readiness.
Real Intelligence was built on a simple truth: your degree may prove what you know, but the workplace quickly tests how you communicate, respond and take ownership.

We saw capable graduates struggle not because they lacked intelligence, but because no one had taught them how to handle pressure, ambiguity, feedback or professional expectations.
Designed with psychologist to build confidence under pressure.
Shaped by industry mentors to reveal the expectations workplaces rarely explain.
OUR BELIEF
Workplace readiness is built through practice, feedback and repetition.
OUR APPROACH
We combine behavioural science, workplace scenarios and industry feedback.

MEET YOUR PSYCHOLOGIST
We didn’t look for career coaching.
We looked for behavioural science.
THE PARTNERSHIP
We partnered with Professor Con Stough, Professor of Cognitive Neuroscience and Psychology at Swinburne University in Melbourne, Australia.
DECADES OF RESEARCH
For over 30 years, Professor Stough has explored how the human mind handles emotion, leadership, and high-stakes performance. His research explores how people think, regulate emotion, and perform in complex environments.
EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
Professor Stough developed the Emotional Intelligence module within this program. He brings scientific depth to the most critical capability in modern work: the ability to stay composed, think clearly, and work effectively with others.

"In an AI-driven world, the ability to regulate emotion and communicate with precision is not a soft skill — it's the defining competitive advantage."
OUR TEAM BRINGs EXPERIENCE FROM

FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Chakshu Daluja
Chakshu had the grades, the recognition and the ambition. She was recognised by the Golden Key International Honour Society and awarded a scholarship to New York, yet the workplace revealed a gap achievement alone could not close.
Real Intelligence was built from that gap, to help graduates develop the confidence, presence and professional behaviour their degree may not have taught them.
"The classroom rewards the right answer. The workplace rewards the right action."
